What is Discord Wars?

How It Works

Once a year, I host a Splatfest like competition where subs will break up into two groups.
Discord Wars 9 will feature a battle between two ways of life: Nintendo 64 vs Gamecube

  • The event runs from 31st of July - 16th of August
  • Event starts at - 7PM Eastern on the 31st -
  • Event ends at - 9PM Eastern on the 16th -

Subs will fill out a form where they will choose what team they will join (THIS IS FINAL, ONCE YOU COMMIT TO A TEAM, YOURE LOCKED IN). They will then be assigned a Discord Role based on their selection by a Discord Wars Mod. The Mods will also have chosen a team as well, and will act as the go to for organizing in the event. Each Team will also be given a channel that only members of that team can see. These channels will be used for team strategy and discussing the best way to go about getting victory.
Teams will win by participating in different competitions. The goal of Discord Wars is to offer a way for EVERYONE to participate and earn points for their team.

  • This is open to:
    • All viewers who are subscribed by July 31st AND are in the Discord - Link to Discord
    • Mods in Discord
    • Special Exceptions (My Discretion)
  • Prizes are as follow:
    • Top 3 Point Earners on each team get a unique Discord role until next year
    • Winning Team will get to choose ONE GAME (From the One Shot list) for me to play on stream (NO GUARANTEES I FINISH)
    • I'm open to ideas
  • I also reserve the right to make changes to the rules if I see fit.
